Anhad Law is hiring Senior Associates for its Dispute Resolution Practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for legal professionals with experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and court appearances.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised law school.
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Possess strong knowledge of laws and legal procedures.
- Have prior experience in drafting pleadings and appearing before courts, preferably in Delhi.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, organisational, and communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Have experience in documentation, court work, and procedural matters.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Appearing before courts for hearings.
- Conducting in-depth legal research.
- Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Communicating with stakeholders, providing case updates, and advising on legal strategies.
- Handling legal research and drafting assignments.
- Managing documentation and court-related procedural work.
