Responsibilities
- Independently manage corporate and regulatory matters from inception to completion
- Advise clients on RBI regulations, FEMA, NBFC regulations, SEBI regulations, and PMLA compliance
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
- Contribute to knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives
- Build and maintain client relationships
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years PQE in Corporate Advisory, M&A, or Financial Regulatory Compliance
- Experience at a law firm or in-house at a regulated entity with genuine transactional ownership
- Leadership and mentoring experience is mandatory
