About the Opportunity
With the objective of promoting access to justice and encouraging socially responsible legal practice, the Legal Aid Centre seeks to provide law students with an opportunity to engage with legal aid initiatives and contribute meaningfully towards community welfare.
The internship programme will focus on fostering legal awareness, research aptitude, and practical understanding through participation in legal aid activities, awareness campaigns, outreach initiatives, and academic engagement.
Through this internship, interns will gain exposure to social justice initiatives and community-oriented legal work while developing essential skills including legal research, communication, problem-solving, and public engagement.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year law programme from recognised Universities/Institutions across Delhi-NCR are eligible to apply.
- Internship Mode
- Both Online and Offline
Stipend
No stipend shall be paid to the interns during the course of the internship. However, a Certificate of Completion shall be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the internship.
Duration of Internship
- The period of internship shall commence from 1 July 2026 and continue until 31 July 2026.
