About the Book

Original, unpublished chapters are invited for the edited volume titled “ADR and Emerging Global Trends.” This book aims to explore how ADR is evolving with globalization, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cross-border commerce, and emerging legal challenges. It provides an interdisciplinary platform for scholars and professionals to contribute original research on contemporary ADR practice, policy, and future directions.

Manuscript Requirements

  • Chapter Length: 5,000 to 7,000 words

  • Abstract Length: 200 to 300 words

  • Keywords: 5 to 6

  • Language: English

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Citation Style: Indian Law Institute (ILI)

  • Turnitin and AI report required

Policy Requirements

  • Maximum authors per chapter: three

  • Similarity index: Not more than 10%

  • AI-generated manuscripts are not accepted; authors must disclose any ethical use of AI tools for language editing or research assistance

Selection Criteria

  • Originality and contribution to existing knowledge

  • Soundness of methodology and argument

  • Relevance to the volume’s themes

  • Clarity, structure, and quality of academic writing

Chapter Processing Charges (CPC)

  • Charges apply only to accepted book chapters after peer review

  • Indian Authors: Students Rs. 250, Academicians Rs. 400

  • International Authors: US $10 for students, US $20 for academicians

Important Dates

  • Full Chapter (with Abstract) Submission: September 10, 2026

  • Acceptance or Revision Notification: September 22, 2026

  • Revised Chapter Submission: October 2, 2026

  • Publication Date: December 31, 2026
