Madhyastha – Centre of Excellence in ADR, University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Chandigarh University, is dedicated to advancing research and scholarship in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
About the Book
Original, unpublished chapters are invited for the edited volume titled “ADR and Emerging Global Trends.” This book aims to explore how ADR is evolving with globalization, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cross-border commerce, and emerging legal challenges. It provides an interdisciplinary platform for scholars and professionals to contribute original research on contemporary ADR practice, policy, and future directions.
