About CCADR
The Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna is dedicated to promoting research, dialogue, and scholarship in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
Eligibility
Students, academicians, practitioners, researchers, and other interested contributors are encouraged to submit original manuscripts.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and unpublished
- Co-authorship of up to 2 authors permitted
- Preferred length: 1,200–1,500 words (longer considered based on quality)
- Title should not exceed 10 words
- Include up to three keywords and a brief author bio (two lines)
- Analytical posts preferred over descriptive ones
- Similarity not to exceed 15%; AI-generated content not to exceed 20%
- Hyperlinks preferred over footnotes; use endnotes sparingly
- Format: .doc or .docx
Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5, Alignment: Justified
- Paragraph Spacing: 6 pt (before and after)
