About the Call for Papers
RV Law Journal is a blind peer-reviewed, bi-annual journal with ISSN that maintains high academic and ethical standards. It encourages submissions contributing meaningfully to legal discourse relevant to India, including doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and interdisciplinary research.
Categories of Submissions
Long Research Paper / Long Article: 5000 – 10000 words
Short Article: 2500 – 3000 words
Case Comment: 2000 – 2500 words
Book Review: 2000 – 2500 words
Formatting and Citation Guidelines
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Main text: Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing.
Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10-point font, single line spacing.
Citation style: OSCOLA.

Authors must email the manuscript to rvlawjournal.mkpmrvils@rvei.edu.in with a covering letter containing:

Eligibility
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
No restriction on the choice of topic, provided it involves substantive legal analysis and relevance to the Indian legal system.
