About the Organisation
Chanakya University is an academic institution with a dedicated School of Law, Governance & Public Policy committed to advancing scholarly discourse in these fields.
About the Journal
The Journal of Law, Governance and Public Policy is a Double – Blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing high-quality research and critical inquiry at the intersection of law, governance, public administration, public policy, and social transformation.
The Journal seeks to provide an intellectual forum for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, members of the judiciary, regulators, public administrators, and civil society actors to engage with contemporary legal and governance challenges through rigorous, original, and policy-relevant scholarship.
Recognizing the increasingly interconnected nature of legal systems, governance institutions, technological developments, and public policy frameworks, the Journal encourages interdisciplinary, comparative, and innovative approaches that contribute meaningfully to both academic discourse and practical policymaking.
The Journal welcomes contributions that not only examine legal doctrines and governance structures but also critically evaluate their effectiveness, implications, and capacity to address emerging social, economic, environmental, and technological challenges.
