About the Organisation
Satyraksha Advocates & Attorneys is a litigation-focused law office based in Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi, with a primary practice in civil and commercial litigation. The office regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals in Delhi and handles matters relating to civil disputes, commercial recovery, contractual disputes, execution proceedings, and other allied litigation matters.
We believe in providing practical legal training by involving interns in live matters and exposing them to the day-to-day functioning of a litigation practice. The internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical advocacy by offering hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court procedures, and case management under the guidance of experienced advocates.
Eligibility
Applications are invited from law students who are:
- At least in the 3rd year of a 5-year integrated law course, or
- At least in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
Candidates should possess good legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in civil and commercial litigation.

Nature of Internship
The selected intern will assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents. The intern will also assist in case preparation, file management, court filings, and procedural work, along with attending court proceedings whenever required.

Stipend
A stipend may be provided based on the intern’s performance and quality of work during the internship.
