About the Opportunity
This internship offers a chance to gain direct exposure to live client mandates, with a focus on drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, legal research on startup/SME issues, and supporting due diligence on active client matters. Interns will also contribute to legal content and client-facing tools, and assist with lead research and outreach.
Benefits / Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, founder agreements, and MOUs.
Conducting legal research related to startup and SME issues.
Supporting due diligence processes on live client mandates.
Contributing to legal content and client-facing tools.
Assisting with lead research and outreach activities.
Mentorship from the firm’s founders including exposure to both legal drafting and legal-business/outreach skills.
Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon satisfactory completion.
Opportunity for a longer-term paid or contract role for top performers.
Eligibility
Law students from 3rd year onwards.

Additional Details
Flexible work hours: approximately 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, with a few fixed check-in times.
Onboarding includes guidance on practice areas, confidentiality, and daily worksheet format.
Internship includes a short orientation call on expectations.
No accommodation provided as internship is fully remote.
