Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (including vendor, service, and partnership agreements).
- Manage the full lifecycle of trademark protection—from conducting clearance searches and filings to handling prosecution, oppositions, and infringement matters.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on contract compliance, IP strategy, and corporate matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of core experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and sharp negotiation skills.
