DSK Legal is hiring for an Associate/Senior Associate for their Project & Infrastructure team.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 6 years of core experience in Project & Infrastructure matters including drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and negotiating tender documents, concession agreements, bids, joint bidding agreements, consortium agreements, JV agreements, requests for qualifications/proposals, risk matrices, etc.
- Exposure to contracts, project documentation, regulatory and advisory work for Projects & Infrastructure
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
