About the Opportunity
Sammaan Capital Limited is looking to hire a legal professional for its Corporate & Commercial Legal Team.
The role offers an opportunity to work on corporate lending, project finance transactions, commercial contracts, and legal advisory matters in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
- Prior exposure to financing transactions and commercial contracts is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
- Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
- Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
- Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Location
New Delhi (Gole Market/Connaught Place area).
Salary
As per industry standards.
