About the Position
Responsible for the Legal function for TTL and its group companies, ensuring smooth functioning of all legal activities including compliance with regulations, laws and policy guidelines, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders/attorneys.
Key Accountabilities
- Drafting written statements, issuing and replying to statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints, representation letters to regulators
- Representing TTL before regulatory authorities, government officials and industry groups
- Business partner and advisor on all legal matters including Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Payments law, Fintech, Company law, Data Privacy, e-commerce, Consumer Protection Act, IP Laws, FEMA, SEBI regulations
- Litigation management: coordinating with outside counsels for all matters related to Arbitrations, Consumer Disputes
- Drafting, vetting, negotiation of business agreements including vendor contracts, NDA, MOUs, Marketing agreements, franchise agreements, loan agreements, lease deeds
- Maintaining MIS trackers and repository for all documents

4-5 Years PQE.
