About the Opportunity
Paradigm Shifters, a Top-Tier Law Firm, in Delhi NCR, is hiring an HR Business Partner for its Delhi NCR office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain entire employee lifecycle
- Implementation and execution of HR policies, procedures and programs
- Drive and support culture initiates
- Any other similar work
Eligibility Criteria
- Fantastic communication skills: you will spend a huge part of your day talking to senior professionals in the organization
- 6-8 years of experience doing exactly this
- A Generalist: you should have already gotten your hands dirty in Recruitment, Performance Management, onboarding/ exits
Salary
Upto 20 LPA (also depends on your current CTC).
