About the Opportunity
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has invited applications from eligible law graduates for the post of Law Clerk to assist the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court. The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for one year, with an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to judicial research, legal drafting, and court proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Have completed LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university.
- Have secured at least 55% marks in the qualifying law degree.
- Be below 30 years of age as on the date of notification.
- Possess proficiency in computer applications, including legal research tools.
- Have good analytical ability, legal research, and drafting skills.
Nature of Work
The selected Law Clerks will:
- Assist the Hon’ble Judges in legal research.
- Prepare case summaries, legal notes, and briefs.
- Conduct research on statutes, precedents, and legal principles.
- Assist in drafting judicial orders and judgments.
- Perform such other legal and research-related duties as assigned.
