Terra Economics & Analytics Lab is hiring a Legal Executive for preparation of Title Due Diligence Reports and providing Legal Opinions for property clients across Maharashtra.
Responsibilities
- Verifying and drafting title due diligence reports and legal opinions for Maharashtra properties
- Managing assigned cases and coordinating with external counsel and clients
- Researching state land laws and securing necessary documents
- Drafting and vetting contracts and related documents
Eligibility
- Good understanding of real estate laws (RERA knowledge preferred)
- Proficiency in Marathi language (reading ability required)
- Current or prior Maharashtra resident
- Prior real estate law and property documentation experience preferred
Salary
₹30,000–35,000 per month (with 10% TDS deduction)
