About the Opportunity
IREL (India) Limited has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals for the post of Manager (Legal) on a regular (permanent) basis. The selected candidate will be posted in the Legal Department and will handle matters relating to contract management, arbitration, land acquisition, environmental laws, civil matters, and labour laws.

Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000–1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)
- Approximate CTC: ₹20.02 lakh per annum, along with DA, HRA, medical benefits, provident fund, gratuity, pension, leave encashment, performance-related pay, and other admissible allowances as per company rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
- Graduation in Law (LL.B.) (3-year duration) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in dealing with:
- Contract Management
- Arbitration and Conciliation
- Mines and Minerals laws
- Land Acquisition
- Environmental Laws
- Civil and Labour matters
The experience should preferably be in the legal department of a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Industrial Organisation, or Law Firm.
Age Limit
Maximum 35 years (as on August 10, 2026). Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.

Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the prescribed eligibility criteria. The selection process may include:
