Hiring a Manager – Legal to lead brand protection initiatives, regulatory coordination, and litigation-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining lead trackers for anti-counterfeiting operations
- Assessing leads from distributors, customers, authorities, and other sources
- Communicating with Licensing Authorities and Police Authorities; filing FIRs where required
- Liaising with regulators, pharmaceutical associations, and law enforcement agencies
- Coordinating enforcement actions with internal teams and external consultants
- Conducting risk assessments to identify supply chain vulnerabilities
- Initiating civil and/or criminal proceedings where applicable
- Monitoring advancements in brand protection technologies
