About the Opportunity
The Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) is inviting applications for the post of Research Officer on a contractual basis under the project titled “Impact Assessment of 73rd and 74th Amendments in Indian Constitution: Assessing the Role of Women Representatives in PRIs and ULBs for North Zone-2.” Eligible candidates can appear for the walk-in interview on the prescribed date.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹40,000 per month, depending upon qualifications and experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess:
- Postgraduate degree in Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, or LL.B.
Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge of research methodology.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of research experience in data collection, data analysis, report writing, etc.
Essential Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and computers.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good communication and writing skills.
Duration
The appointment will initially be for 3 months, which may be extended or curtailed depending upon project requirements and the candidate’s performance.
