About the role
1. Litigation & Dispute Management
- Manage end-to-end litigation across civil, criminal, consumer, RERA and labour matters.
- Draft notices, legal replies, complaints, and authority letters.
- Coordinate with external counsel, police, and regulatory authorities.
- Support dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, and negotiated settlements.
2. Contract Drafting & Legal Advisory
- Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, service agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Identify commercial risks and ensure appropriate legal safeguards are incorporated.
- Provide legal advisory to internal business teams on day-to-day matters.
3. Compliance & SOP Management
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their operational impact.
- Develop, implement, and update SOPs embedding legal best practices.
- Support internal compliance audits and periodic regulatory reviews.
4. IPR & Legal Documentation
- Assist in identifying, registering, and protecting the organisation’s IP assets.
- Maintain a secure, organised legal documentation system.
- Review brand communications and marketing content for IP and legal risks.
- Build and maintain a legal repository of templates, standard clauses, and precedents
5. Recovery & Enforcement
- Drive recovery through well-timed legal notices and escalation letters.
- Draft settlement agreements and consent terms balancing legal and commercial interests.
- Monitor recovery timelines and escalate stalled matters appropriately
