About the Position
Looking for dedicated, passionate and eager-to-learn trainees to join their team of distinguished lawyers and practice in all fields of local and international law.
Role
- Working with lawyers in antitrust/competition, litigation, arbitration, banking & finance, corporate law, energy law, capital markets, M&A, real estate, tax and TMT & intellectual law
- Drafting, proofreading, negotiating, reviewing and translating legal documentation
- Conducting thorough legal research
- Providing advice on various legal matters based on theory, commercial practice and jurisprudence
- Performing external tasks in courts, authorities, regulators, public authorities
- Conducting due diligence
- Assisting in drafting newsletters and newsflashes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player under deadlines
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
