About the Job
Riverus Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal AI Associate for its Mumbai office. The role is designed for law graduates interested in building a career at the intersection of Law, Artificial Intelligence, LegalTech, Consulting, and Business Development. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled legal workflows, contract review, client engagement, project delivery, product innovation, and business development.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a 3-year or 5-year law programme.
- Have 0–2 years of experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Legal AI and Workflow Development
- Use AI tools to review, analyse, summarise, and draft contracts and legal documents.
- Design, test, and improve AI-powered legal workflows.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Research emerging AI tools for legal operations.
Legal Support
- Review commercial contracts and identify key risks, obligations, and commercial provisions.
- Draft agreements, amendments, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Develop legal templates, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
Business Development
- Conduct market and prospective client research.
- Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Assist with client demonstrations of AI-enabled legal solutions.
Client and Project Management
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with legal, technology, and consulting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates.

- Strong legal drafting and contract interpretation skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
