About the Job
Lexmanus Solutions LLP is hiring Legal Associate – Fresher candidates for its legal and compliance practice.
The selected candidates will work on legal and labour law compliance assignments, client support, compliance audits, employment-related matters, and corporate advisory work.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.M.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Basic understanding of labour and employment laws.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work on diverse client assignments.
- Genuine interest in Legal & Compliance consulting.
Exposure to litigation and court proceedings, including court visits, case filing, briefing, and basic understanding of court procedures, will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work on legal and labour law compliance assignments.
- Research and interpret applicable laws.
- Prepare and review legal and compliance documentation.
- Assist with labour law registrations, licences, and statutory compliances.
- Support compliance audits and client assignments.
- Assist in preparing reports, notices, and legal documentation.
- Gain exposure to POSH, Labour Codes, and employment-related compliances.
- Support senior professionals on client assignments.
