About the Role
ProSquad Legal, a boutique law firm in Hyderabad, is seeking a Legal Associate for hands-on exposure to contract drafting, corporate and commercial disputes, and legal advisory work.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in corporate and commercial laws
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and vet contracts and legal documents
- Assist in corporate and commercial dispute matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Contribute to legal writing and advisory assignments
