About the Role
P&G is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel in Mumbai providing legal advice across commercial, regulatory, marketing, IP, and dispute management matters across the Indian subcontinent.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised institution
- 3–7 years with a reputed law firm or MNC legal department
- Pharma or FMCG sector experience preferred
- Company Secretary qualification preferred
- Strong commercial contracting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in marketing/advertising law and dispute management
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts
- Advise on regulatory compliance, anti-bribery, and competition law
- Support marketing campaigns and consumer communications
- Handle IP matters and business development initiatives
- Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel
