About the Role
Square Yards, India’s largest integrated real estate marketplace, is seeking a Deputy Manager – Legal & Compliance to manage the complete lifecycle of commercial contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year); LL.M. preferred
- 3–5 years PQE with strong understanding of Contract Law, Companies Act, Arbitration Act
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline commercial agreements (MSAs, leases, vendor contracts, NDAs)
- Manage complete contract lifecycle from drafting to execution
- Advise cross-functional teams on legal, contractual, and compliance matters
