Eligibility
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Media & Entertainment Law
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating media/content-related agreements
- Sound understanding of IP, content rights, licensing, and OTT regulatory matters
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate content, production, talent, licensing, and platform agreements
- Advise on legal, contractual, and regulatory issues for OTT and digital media
- Support content partnerships, sponsorships, brand integrations
- Manage IP documentation, rights records, and contract repositories
