Ameriprise Financial is inviting applications for a Legal Intern at its Gurugram office, focusing on derivatives documentation, financial services law, and multi-jurisdictional legal research.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyse derivative agreements and related legal documents
- Draft amendments and ancillary documentation for trading agreements
- Support client and counterparty onboarding processes
- Conduct legal research across US, UK, EMEA, and APAC jurisdictions
- Assist senior team members on live projects
Eligibility
- Final-year law students, LL.B. or LL.M. graduates (freshers welcome)
- Strong interest in financial services and trading documentation

- Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
