About the Job
IVY Law Offices, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring Associates with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in commercial litigation. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of PQE.
- Strong hold over commercial litigation.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Adept at presenting arguments before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.
- Well versed with the e-filing procedure at the High Court and NCLT.
- Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is required.
