Eligibility
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Intellectual Property litigation matters.
- Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with the team.
