Pinkcity Fincap Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager to join its team at its Jaipur office.
Pinkcity Fincap Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage legal functions relating to secured lending, litigation, compliance, and documentation. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Eligibility
Applicants must possess:
- An LL.B. degree (mandatory).
- An LL.M. degree, which will be considered an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3–7 years of relevant experience in the NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sector.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Scrutinise property title documents and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal due diligence for secured lending, including Loan Against Property (LAP), MSME, and Home Loans.
- Coordinate with panel advocates, legal vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle matters relating to SARFAESI, DRT, arbitration, litigation, and recovery.
- Draft, vet, and review legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary will be offered as per industry standards and interview performance.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
