About the Office
Abhinav is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has been experience more then 17 years and also representing the union and state governments, statutory authorities, and public sector undertakings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various high courts across the country.
Eligibility
- Law students (Preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year LL.B. course / 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. course)
- strong legal research and drafting skills
- Basic understanding of court procedure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Roles & Responsibilities
The selected intern will be actively involved in a litigation-focused practice, including:
- Assisting in drafting of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, replies, and other pleadings
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Assisting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums
- Preparing case briefs, notes, and compilations
