The Firm handles Corporate Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Negotiations, along with legal services including court and tribunal hearings, arbitration proceedings, securing and defending Intellectual Property Rights, client briefings and conferences, legal opinions and guidance, agreement and contract drafting, research work, legal audits, and due diligence.
The Firm handles high-stakes matters for a diverse clientele, including individuals, corporations, and government bodies across India.
About the Internship
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from serious and committed law students for internships at its New Delhi office for September 2026.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
- 2nd year or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Preferred knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Basic knowledge of legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
Responsibilities
Interns will receive exposure to:
- Legal research and drafting.
- Court proceedings.
- Client interactions.
- Other legal matters handled by the Firm.
Duration
The internship will be for 4 weeks and may be extended based on performance.

Stipend
The stipend is INR 5,000 and may be extended based on performance.
The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship. In case of early termination or discontinuation, no stipend will be payable.
