Event Details
The event is titled “शब्दांजलि: Know Your Regiment” (Discover. Reflect. Connect.). This initiative invites citizens to discover the history, traditions, and legacy of an Indian Army regiment and reflect on what its story means to them as citizens.
Location
India (National online initiative).
Eligibility
Indian citizens across four academic levels:
- Class VI – VIII
- Class IX – XII
- Undergraduate
- Postgraduate & Above

Important Dates
- Submission Deadline: 9th August 2026, Midnight (IST)
- Result Announcement: 15th August 2026
Prizes
Winners will receive:
- Parliamentary Visit
- Gift Hamper
- Certificate
Submission Guidelines
- Maximum word limit: 500 words
- Open to participants up to 30 years of age
- Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, understanding of the subject, and quality of writing
- Entries will be accepted only in Hindi and English
