About the Positions
Mumbai Port Authority is seeking experienced legal professionals for its Corporate Legal Division on a contractual basis. The engagement will initially be for three years, extendable by two additional years at the discretion of the Authority.

Remuneration
- Chief Manager (Corporate Legal): ₹2,00,000 per month
- Manager (Corporate Legal): ₹1,20,000 per month
Age Limit
- Chief Manager (Corporate Legal): 55 years
- Manager (Corporate Legal): 40 years
Essential Qualifications
Chief Manager (Corporate Legal)
- Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
- Desirable: Master’s Degree in Corporate Law or Maritime Law from a recognized National/International University.
Manager (Corporate Legal)
- Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
- Desirable: Master’s Degree in Corporate Law or Maritime Law from a recognized National/International University.
Experience Required
Chief Manager (Corporate Legal)
- 15 years of work experience in the legal wing of corporates.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Desirable:
- Experience in the Port/Shipping Sector.
- Practising experience as an Advocate.
Manager (Corporate Legal)
- 5 years of work experience in the legal wing of corporations.
- Desirable:
- Experience in the Port/Shipping Sector.
- Practising experience as an Advocate.
